Our mission is to sell knives and knife related products to private customers and dealers.
Order
When placing and order by Baltic Knives, the following terms will apply at your acceptance. The order is accepted by us after the whole payment is received.
Orders are accepted by email, balticknives@gmail.com, from the webshop www.baltiknives.lt or by telephone call +37067433471.

Payments are to be made in EUR or USA Dollars currency.
By placing an order by us you declare you are 18 years old or older.
Cancellation or return of an order can be made through email balticknives@gmail.com
Delivery
Orders will be delivered within 1 – 5 business days by your chosen carrier. Back orders for non-stock items you have the option of back order as soon as the item is in stock, a refund on the non-stock item or canceling the order will be fully refunded.
Receiving
As soon as the order is in your possession, you take the full responsibility for it, and Baltic Knives are not responsible for their loss, destruction or how the knives, knife blades or other items are used by you. You take the responsibility to know the laws of your country and to to follow it accordingly.
Non-Eu residents take responsibility for import of the goods, custom fees and the regulations in your country for import of knives and knife blades. Import taxes and duties outside of the European Union are collected by the international carrier upon delivery.
If you regret a purchase you have the right to return it to within 14 days from receiving. The item and package need to be in new condition. It should be returned together with the receipt and you will have your payment refunded. Baltic Knives do not cover your shipping cost in this case.
All products are quality checked before dispatch. Despite the fact that if you get a faulty product, or a product you did not order, we first try to solve the issue by communication as soon as you contact baltiknives@gmail.com.
Warranty
Each product comes with a two years warranty. Warranty covers faults in manufacturing or materials used. A knife is a tool for cutting and slicing, not to use as a pry bar or axe. A broken tip, corrosion on the blade or changes in handle materials due to using conditions are not covered by the warranty.
